What are the payment methods?

SyndiGate pays its licensed content providers via bank-to-bank wire transfer. If you are an existing content licensor to SyndiGate and you have not provided us with your banking details, please send these details to royalty.accounting@syndigate.info to avoid delays with your payments.

Minimum payment threshold

If the balance owed to a SyndiGate licenwed content provider exceeds US$500.00 (the minimum payment threshold), a payment will be wired to the content provider's designated bank account (if the details have been provided). If the balance owed does not exceed US$500.00, the royalties earned will be carried over to the next applicable billing period and paid when the minimum payment

What does "Incomplete Statement" mean on the SyndiGate Publisher Portal (SPP)?

As a licened content provider to SyndiGate, you will often see royalty and license fee statements detailed as 'Incomplete'. This occurs when one or more customers have not reported data to SyndiGate in time for the end of our current reporting period. However, any missing data will be reflected within your next statement.

Why are there no royalty or license fee statements uploaded to the SyndiGate Publisher Portal?

If you are a relatively new licensed content provider to SyndiGate and you cannot see any statements uploaded to the SyndiGate Publisher Portal, this is very likely because it is too early to report any royalties or loicense fees owed.
